Mutual Standby

Mutual Standby Panel

In some prime power or standby applications, the power requirement may be so sensitive that effectively a standby unit is required to back up the prime or standby unit. This panel is similar to two AMF/ATS panels with a seperate board to control the changeover. A daily or weekly timer can also be included in this system to allow the operation of the sets to be cyclic for periods of maintenance or failure.

Automatic Mains Failure/Automatic Transfer System

ATS/AMF Panel

System compromises an alternator mounted standard control panel with RSM (or optional microprocessor control module) and a changeover system housed within a seperate wall-hanging or free-standing panel.

Note: Where MCBs or ACBs are used as changeover breakers, the set mounted circuit breaker is not supplied as standard, as it is assumed that the required alternator protection is provided by the changeover breakers.

Remote AMF/ATS In common with the standard AC/DC panel, we can supply the AC instrumentation (and DC if required) together with changeover system within a seperate wall hanging or freestanding panel. DC instrumentation would usually be housed within a DC box.
